Julisa Cully is a Knowledge Translation Program Director at the Institute for Community Inclusion (ICI). She has worked in the field of human services for 15 years. She is the Co-PI on the Job Driven Vocational Rehabilitation Technical Assistance Center (JD-VRTAC). She oversees knowledge translation efforts, and provides project management and TA across multiple vocational rehabilitation centers. She also managed the MA Department of Transitional Assistance Vocational Specialist Initiative, an effort to engage Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) recipients in work-required activities by addressing the barriers that inhibit them from engagement. Prior to joining the ICI, she managed a clinical program through the Office of Community Corrections. Cully has a MEd in mental health counseling, and a certificate in forensics from the University of Massachusetts, Boston.
